Van Mossel Autolease Germany Acquires German Fleet of MisterGreen

• Acquisition includes approximately 250 customers and 600 vehicles – exclusively Teslas

Waalwijk, 19 December 2025 – Van Mossel Autolease Germany has reached an agreement to acquire the German leasing fleet of MisterGreen. Completion of the acquisition is expected in the first quarter of 2026.

MisterGreen is an international leasing company active in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, focusing exclusively on the leasing of Tesla vehicles.

The acquisition includes approximately 250 customers and 600 vehicles. The fleet and the associated customer portfolio will be integrated into Van Mossel Autolease Germany.

This acquisition marks an important step in further accelerating the growth of Van Mossel Autolease Germany and strengthens the company’s position in the German leasing market. Through this expansion, Van Mossel Autolease Germany increases its scale, expertise and service offering in Germany.

All affected customers will be personally contacted and visited after completion of the acquisition. Building sustainable and long-term relationships is central to this approach. Van Mossel Autolease Germany will continue to keep all stakeholders, and the market informed about further developments relating to this acquisition.
